Fee and interest charged

1. The UOB PayAnything service incurs a fee of up to 2.0% of the transaction amount (inclusive of value-added tax). Members may be offered varying fee based on promotional campaigns, subject to periodic updates communicated by the Bank through sales channels and advertisements, whether initiated by the Bank or external service providers such as online media, etc. The applicable fee will be charged to the Member's credit card used for UOB PayAnything transaction.
2. If a Member has an outstanding credit card balance from previous billing cycle or in the current billing cycle, at the time of enrolling UOB PayAnything, which may be resulted from non-payment, minimum payment, or partial payment, or if a Member makes only partial payment for this UOB PayAnything transaction, the interest calculation for UOB PayAnything transactions will follow credit card interest calculation criteria. UOB Rewards Points or Cash Rebate from UOB PayAnything Transaction

1. UOB PayAnything is considered a type of transaction on Member's credit card and is eligible for UOB Rewards Points (for credit card with UOB Rewards program) or cashback (for credit card with cashback program), based on the terms and conditions of the specific credit card used for this transaction.
2. Transaction amount eligible for UOB Rewards Points/cashback is capped at THB 100,000/account/billing cycle. In the event that transaction occurs one day before and/or on the billing cycle date, the transaction will be calculated and accumulated for UOB Rewards Points/cashback in the next billing cycle, whereas the total transaction amount in such billing cycle cannot exceed THB 100,000/account.

1. This promotion is exclusively for primary UOB credit card holders (“Member”), except corporate credit card, who enroll UOB PayAnything transaction via online channels including UOB LINE Connect and the UOB website only, and have UOB PayAnything transaction during 1 January – 31 March 2026.The transaction date is based on the date shown in the bank's system (Transaction Date).
2. Members must register to join the program via Rewards+ on the UOB TMRW app (free of charge) or register via SMS by typing UPA followed by a space and the last 12 digits of their credit card number, then send it to 4545111 (Example: UPA 754011249999). (SMS charges depend on your mobile package.) Once registration is successful, members will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to the program's terms and conditions. Members must register in every month they make a transaction to be eligible for rewards for that specific month.
3. By registering for the program, members consent to the bank sending SMS messages with links to the program’s terms and conditions to the phone number registered with the bank. Members will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to the program’s terms and conditions after successful registration. Please use caution when handling SMS messages to avoid scams or impersonation of the bank. Members must ensure that the credit card number and phone number used for registration are correct. If a member does not register, or registers with incorrect card or phone number information that does not match the bank’s database, they will lose eligibility for the reward for that month. Members should keep the SMS confirmation as proof of successful registration in case the information provided does not match the bank’s database regarding program registration.
4. A transfer to a destination account under the member’s name refers to a PayAnything transaction where the selected destination account has a beneficiary name that matches the member’s name as recorded in the bank’s system. The destination account can be either a UOB account or an account with another bank. For the total transaction amount transferred to a destination account under the member’s name:
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 100 when accumulated spending on a single credit card is THB 100,000 and above per month, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 200 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 200,000 and above per month, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 1,000 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 400,000 and above per month, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 2,500 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 600,000 and above per month.
   • The Bank limits 1 Lotus gift card/credit card/month.
5. A transfer to a destination account not under the member’s name refers to a PayAnything transaction where the selected destination account has a beneficiary name that differs from the member’s name as recorded in the bank’s system. The destination account can be either a UOB account or an account with another bank. For the total transaction amount transferred to a destination account not under the member’s name:
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 200 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 100,000 and above, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 400 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 200,000 and above, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 2,000 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 400,000 and above, or
   • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 5,000 when accumulated spending on a single credit card THB 600,000 and above.
   • The Bank limits 1 Lotus gift card/credit card/month.
6. The Lotus’s gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
7. The Lotus’s gift card will be sent to the Member’s billing address by 30 June 2026. Member must update billing address within the transaction month. In case of disputes regarding the calculation of gift tier and/or tracking the delivery status, Member must contact the bank by 30 June 2026.
8. The gift will be offered to members who maintain an active UOB credit card status and have a good payment history only.
9. The Bank reserves the right of the final decision or any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion and/or UOB PayAnything.
10. The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
