ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการสมัครใช้บริการ UOB PayAnything

ยอมรับเงื่อนไขผลิตภัณฑ์ และรับทราบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ธนาคารจะมีการติดต่อกลับ ด้วยเบอร์ติดต่อของธนาคาร 02-285-1555 หรือเบอร์ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย 02-093-XXXX เพื่อยืนยันการทำรายการ

  1. บริการ UOB PayAnything เป็นบริการโอนเงินจากวงเงินบัตรเครดิตของผู้สมัครใช้บริการ เข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของผู้รับเงิน ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์เป็นไปตามที่ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ธนาคาร”) อนุมัติ
  2. บริการ UOB PayAnything สามารถใช้ได้สำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี และ บัตรหลักทุกประเภท (“สมาชิก”) ยกเว้นบัตรเครดิตเพื่อธุรกิจ
  3. ในการสมัครใช้บริการ UOB PayAnything สมาชิกจะต้องระบุรายละเอียดการทำรายการตามที่ธนาคาร กำหนด โดยทำรายการต่อครั้งได้สูงสุด 699,999 บาท หรือตามวงเงินคงเหลือ แล้วแต่ยอดใดจะต่ำกว่า
  4. เมื่อการสมัครใช้บริการ UOB PayAnything ได้รับการอนุมัติจากธนาคาร ธนาคาร จะโอนเงินจากวงเงินบัตรเครดิตของสมาชิก เพื่อสำรองจ่ายล่วงหน้าเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากของผู้รับเงิน ดังนั้นสมาชิกจะต้องมีวงเงินคงเหลือเพียงพอสำหรับยอดทำรายการรวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียม โดยการโอนเงินจากวงเงินบัตรเครดิตจะสำเร็จภายใน 1 วันทำการ หลังจากที่สมาชิกได้ทำการยืนยันการทำรายการกับเจ้าหน้าที่ธนาคาร และสมาชิกจะไม่สามารถแก้ไข หรือ ยกเลิกรายการได้หากสมาชิกได้ยืนยันกับเจ้าหน้าที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ธนาคารจะแจ้งให้สมาชิกทราบผ่านทาง SMS หลังจากการโอนเงินสำเร็จ
  5. กรณีทำรายการ UOB PayAnything เพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและ/หรือบริการใดๆ นั้น ธนาคาร ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจำหน่ายสินค้าและ/หรือการให้บริการของร้านค้า กรณีเกิดความเสียหาย หรือข้อบกพร่องใดๆ กรุณาติดต่อร้านค้าโดยตรง

ค่าธรรมเนียมและดอกเบี้ย

  1. บริการ UOB PayAnything มีค่าธรรมเนียมในอัตราไม่เกิน 2.0% ของยอดทำรายการ (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) โดยสมาชิกแต่ละท่านอาจได้รับข้อเสนอเกี่ยวกับอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บริการ UOB PayAnything ที่แตกต่างกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับรายการส่งเสริมการขายในแต่ละช่วงเวลา ซึ่งสมาชิกอาจได้รับแจ้งจากธนาคาร เป็นครั้งคราว ผ่านช่องทางการขาย รวมถึงสื่อโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ ไม่ว่าที่ดำเนินการโดยธนาคารเอง หรือโดยผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ ค่าธรรมเนียมดังกล่าวจะถูกเรียกเก็บผ่านบัตรเครดิตที่สมาชิกทำรายการ
  2. กรณีที่สมาชิกมียอดคงค้างชำระบัตรเครดิตในรอบบัญชีก่อนหน้าหรือในรอบบัญชี ณ ขณะสมัครใช้บริการ UOB PayAnything อันอาจเกิดจากการที่ไม่ได้มีการชำระหนี้ หรือชำระขั้นต่ำ หรือชำระเพียงบางส่วน หรือกรณีที่สมาชิกชำระหนี้เพียงบางส่วนสำหรับรายการ UOB PayAnything ในครั้งนี้ การคำนวณดอกเบี้ยสำหรับรายการ UOB PayAnything จะเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์การคำนวณดอกเบี้ยบัตรเครดิต ซึ่งท่านสามารถศึกษาวิธีการคำนวณอัตราดอกเบี้ยได้ที่ https://www.uob.co.th/personal/cards/credit/4styles.page

คะแนนสะสมหรือเครดิตเงินคืนที่จะได้รับจากรายการ UOB PayAnything

  1. รายการ UOB PayAnything ถือเป็นรายการใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตของสมาชิก และจะถูกนำไปคำนวณคะแนนสะสม (สำหรับประเภทบัตรเครดิตที่ได้รับคะแนนสะสม) หรือเครดิตเงินคืน(สำหรับประเภทบัตรเครดิตที่ได้รับเครดิตเงิน) ตามเงื่อนไขของบัตรเครดิตแต่ละประเภทที่สมาชิกทำรายการ
  2. จำกัดยอดทำรายการที่นำไปคำนวณคะแนนสะสม/เครดิตเงินคืน ไม่เกิน 100,000 บาท/บัญชี/รอบบัญชี กรณีที่มียอดทำรายการเกิดขึ้นใน 1 วันก่อนวันตัดรอบบัญชี และ/หรือ ในวันตัดรอบบัญชี ยอดดังกล่าวจะถูกนำไปคำนวณรวมกับคะแนนสะสม/เครดิตเงินคืน ในรอบบัญชีถัดไป โดยจะไม่เกิน 100,000 บาท/บัญชี ในรอบบัญชีนั้นๆ

โปรโมชันส่งเสริมการขาย ตั้งแต่ 1 เมษายน 2568 - 30 มิถุนายน 2568

  1. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้สำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตยูโอบีบัตรหลักทุกประเภท (“สมาชิก”) ยกเว้นบัตรเครดิตเพื่อธุรกิจ เมื่อลงทะเบียนทำรายการ UOB PayAnything ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ได้แก่ UOB LINE CONNECT หรือ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ www.uob.co.th/payanything เท่านั้น และมียอดทำรายการระหว่าง 1 เมษายน 2568 - 30 มิถุนายน 2568
  2. สมาชิกต้องลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม และ รับลิงก์เงื่อนไขภายในแต่ละเดือนที่ทำรายการ ผ่าน Rewards+ บนแอป UOB TMRW (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย) หรือผ่าน SMS พิมพ์ UPA ตามด้วยหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต 12 หลักสุดท้าย (ไม่ต้องเว้นวรรคระหว่างหมายเลข) ส่งมาที่ 4545111 (ตัวอย่าง UPA401999999999) (ค่าส่ง SMS 3บาท/ครั้ง) โดยสมาชิกจะได้รับ SMS ยืนยันพร้อมลิงก์เงื่อนไขหลังการลงทะเบียนสำเร็จ สมาชิกต้องตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าหมายเลขบัตรที่สมาชิกลงทะเบียนเข้ามานั้นถูกต้อง กรณีสมาชิกไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนหรือลงทะเบียนด้วยหมายเลขบัตรผิด สมาชิกจะไม่ได้สิทธิ์ในการรับบัตรกำนัลในเดือนนั้นๆ
  3. สมาชิกต้องเก็บหลักฐาน SMS ยืนยันการลงทะเบียนสำเร็จ เพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลที่สมาชิกแจ้งไม่ตรงกับฐานข้อมูลของธนาคาร เกี่ยวกับการลงทะเบียน
  4. สำหรับบัตรเครดิตทั่วไป ได้แก่ UOB Reserve, UOB Infinite, UOB Zenith, UOB Privi Miles, UOB Premier, UOB YOLO, UOB TMRW, UOB One, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred, UOB Royal Orchid Plus, UOB Krisflyer World Elite และ UOB Krisflyer World
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 100 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 120,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 300 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 240,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 1,200 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 400,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 2,500 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 600,000 บาท ขึ้นไป
  5. สำหรับบัตรเครดิตที่ร่วมรายการ ได้แก่ บัตรเครดิต, UOB Preferred, UOB Lady Solitaire, UOB Lady Platinum, UOB World, UOB Simple, UOB Mercedes, UOB Grab, UOB Lazada, และ UOB Makro
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 200 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 120,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 500 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 240,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 1,500 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 400,000 บาท หรือ
    • รับบัตรกำนัลโลตัสมูลค่า 3,000 บาท เมื่อมียอดทำรายการรวมตั้งแต่ 600,000 บาท ขึ้นไป
  6. จำกัดการให้บัตรกำนัลโลตัสที่มีมูลค่าสูงสุด 1 ครั้ง / บัตรเครดิต / เดือน
  7. บัตรกำนัลโลตัสไม่สามารถแลกหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้
  8. บัตรกำนัลจะถูกจัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่ในการส่งเอกสารที่สมาชิกได้ให้ไว้กับธนาคาร ภายใน 30 กันยายน 2568 สมาชิกต้องแก้ไขข้อมูลที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งเอกสารให้เป็นปัจจุบันภายในเดือนที่สมาชิกทำรายการ กรณีมีข้อโต้แย้งเรื่องการคำนวณยอดบัตรกำนัลโลตัส และ/หรือติดตามผลการจัดส่งบัตรกำนัล สมาชิกต้องติดต่อธนาคารภายใน 30 กันยายน 2568
  9. ธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะสมาชิกที่ยังคงสภาพการเป็นสมาชิกบัตรเครดิตยูโอบีและมีประวัติการชำระเงินที่ดี
  10. ธนาคารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาตัดสินข้อโต้แย้งหรือข้อพิพาทใดๆเกี่ยวกับบริการนี้
  11. ธนาคารสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และ เงื่อนไข โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลง
  12. สมาชิกสามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงหมายเลขโทรศัพท์มือถือให้เป็นปัจจุบันเพื่อไม่ให้พลาดการรับสิทธิ์ได้ที่ โทร 02-285-1555 กด 0
  13. ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นและชำระคืนได้เต็มจำนวนตามกำหนด จะได้ไม่เสียดอกเบี้ย 16% ต่อปี
  14. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ อาจถูกแปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ในกรณีที่มีความคลาดเคลื่อนหรือขัดแย้งระหว่างฉบับภาษาไทยและฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ ให้ฉบับภาษาไทยมีผลใช้บังคับ

ข้าพเจ้าได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของธนาคารฯบนเว็บไซต์ www.uob.co.th/privacy-notice เรียบร้อยแล้วข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรเครดิต หากผู้สมัครใช้บริการมีข้อสงสัยประการใด กรุณาติดต่อที่ 02-285-1555

  1. UOB PayAnything is a payment service to recipient's deposit account using your available credit line. The terms and conditions are as approved by United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL (“Bank”).
  2. UOB PayAnything is available to all primary UOB credit card holders (“Member”), except corporate credit card.
  3. To enroll UOB PayAnything, Members need to provide transaction details according to the Bank's specification with a maximum per transaction of THB 699,999 or up to your available credit limit, whichever is lower.
  4. Once your UOB PayAnything request is approved, the Bank will transfer payments from the Member's credit limit to prepay into recipient's deposit account. The Members must ensure sufficient available credit line, covering transaction amount and fee. The payment transfer is typically completed within 1 business days and transaction cannot be modified or cancelled after Member confirms transaction detail with the Bank’s representative. The Bank will notify Members of the successful transfer via SMS after completion.
  5. In the event of UOB PayAnything transactions for purchasing goods and/or services, the Bank is not involved in the sale of products or provision of services by merchants. For any damages or defects, please contact the merchant directly.

Fee and interest charged

  1. The UOB PayAnything service incurs a fee of up to 2.0% of the transaction amount (inclusive of value-added tax). Members may be offered varying fee based on promotional campaigns, subject to periodic updates communicated by the Bank through sales channels and advertisements, whether initiated by the Bank or external service providers such as online media, etc. The applicable fee will be charged to the Member's credit card used for UOB PayAnything transaction.
  2. If a Member has an outstanding credit card balance from previous billing cycle or in the current billing cycle, at the time of enrolling UOB PayAnything, which may be resulted from non-payment, minimum payment, or partial payment, or if a Member makes only partial payment for this UOB PayAnything transaction, the interest calculation for UOB PayAnything transactions will follow credit card interest calculation criteria. UOB Rewards Points or Cash Rebate from UOB PayAnything Transaction

  1. UOB PayAnything is considered a type of transaction on Member's credit card and is eligible for UOB Rewards Points (for credit card with UOB Rewards program) or cashback (for credit card with cashback program), based on the terms and conditions of the specific credit card used for this transaction.
  2. Transaction amount eligible for UOB Rewards Points/cashback is capped at THB 100,000/account/billing cycle. In the event that transaction occurs one day before and/or on the billing cycle date, the transaction will be calculated and accumulated for UOB Rewards Points/cashback in the next billing cycle, whereas the total transaction amount in such billing cycle cannot exceed THB 100,000/account.

UOB PayAnything Promotion Campaign during 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025

  1. This promotion is exclusively for primary UOB credit card holders (“Member”), except corporate credit card, who enroll UOB PayAnything transaction via online channels including UOB LINE CONNECT and the website www.uob.co.th/payanything only, and have UOB PayAnything transaction during 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025.
  2. Member must register for the program within the transaction month, via Rewards+ (free of charge) on UOB TMRW application or by sending SMS typing UPA followed by last 12 digits of your Credit Card (no space between the number) and send to 4545111 (for example UPA401999999999) (THB 3/SMS). Member will receive SMS confirmation upon successful registration. Member must ensure that the provided card number is correct. In case Member does not register or register for the promotion with the wrong card number, Member will not be eligible for the gift in that particular month.
  3. Member must keep a proof of SMS confirming registration in case of mismatch information.
  4. For normal credit cards, which are UOB Reserve, UOB Infinite, UOB Zenith, UOB Privi Miles, UOB Premier, UOB YOLO, UOB TMRW, UOB One, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred, UOB Royal Orchid Plus, UOB Krisflyer World Elite and UOB Krisflyer World
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 100 for transaction(s) totaling THB 120,000 and above,
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 300 for transaction(s) totaling THB 240,000 and above,
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 1,200 for transaction(s) totaling THB 400,000 and above, or
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 2,500 for transaction(s) totaling THB 600,000 and above.
  5. For participated credit cards, which are, UOB Preferred, UOB Lady Solitaire, UOB Lady Platinum, UOB World, UOB Simple, UOB Mercedes, UOB Grab, UOB Lazada and UOB Makro
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 200 for transaction(s) totaling THB 120,000 and above, or
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 500 for transaction(s) totaling THB 240,000 and above, or
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 1,500 for transaction(s) totaling THB 400,000 and above, or
    • Get Lotus’s gift card value THB 3,000 for transaction(s) totaling THB 600,000 and above.
  6. The Bank limits 1 gift/credit card/month.
  7. The Lotus’s gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
  8. The Lotus’s gift card will be sent to the Member’s billing address by 30 September 2025. Member must update billing address within the transaction month. In case of disputes regarding the calculation of gift tier and/or tracking the delivery status, Member must contact the bank by 30 September 2025.
  9. The gift will be offered to members who maintain an active UOB credit card status and have a good payment history only.
  10. The Bank reserves the right of the final decision or any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion and/or UOB PayAnything.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
