United Overseas Bank Thai (PCL) stipulates that financial products of the same type must have same statement date, where the Bank issues one consolidated account statement for financial products of the same type. Therefore,

  • In cases where customers hold multiple credit cards, the statement date for all cards will be the same. If customers submit requests for more than one time/more than one credit card, the Bank will use statement date from the latest request.
  • In cases where customers hold multiple cash cards, the statement date for all cards will be the same. If customers submit requests for more than one time/more than one cash card, the Bank will use statement date from the latest request.
  • In cases where customers hold both credit cards and cash cards, which is considered different types of financial products, the statement date for credit cards and cash cards may differ.

If you wish to request a change to the statement date of credit cards and/or cash cards, please fill out the form as follows.

*The Payment Due Date will be after the Statement Date, not exceeding 25 days. You can select only one statement date in case you hold multiple credit cards.

Term & Conditions

  • If I hold multiple credit card, the statement date for all cards will be the same. If I submit requests for more than one time/more than one credit card, the Bank will use statement date from the latest request.
  • If I hold multiple cash cards, the statement date for all cards will be the same. If I submit requests for more than one time/more than one cash card, the Bank will use statement date from the latest request.
  • I acknowledge In cases where customers hold both credit cards and cash cards, which is considered different types of financial products, the statement date for credit cards and cash cards may differ.
  • I acknowledge that changing in statement date may result in a maximum credit term for credit cards/cash cards of less than 55 days during the first billing cycle after the billing cycle change takes effect.
  • I acknowledge the current amount of current statement must be paid and pass payment due date also in case any supplementary card (if applicable), it may require adjusting the annual fee date and credit limit to align with primary card.
  • I understand and acknowledge that if the Bank approve my change request, the change will be effective by the next 3 months which the Bank will notify me the effective date further.
  • I understand and acknowledge that the Bank may reject this change request according to consideration of the Bank.
  • I confirm that the information given in this form is complete and accurate and I agree to the consequences from the change that the Bank make following my change request via this form

The Bank has received your request to change billing cycle. However, the Bank will send an SMS within 60 days to the mobile phone number that you have registered with the Bank to confirm your intention to change the billing cycle. Remark : The Bank reserves the right to cancel the request to change billing cycle if no confirmation is received from you.

The Bank will notify you of the result of the change via SMS within 90 days from the date you confirmed your intention via SMS.

The bank has received your request to change the statement date. The bank will inform you the change result via XXX within the third quarter of 2024
